...The butters. Can they replace PB effectively? I've recently acquired a jar of Hazelnut butter and although it was damn pricy ($12), I find it hard to fathom going back to PB. Hazelnut is the best-tasting nut there is in the whole spectrum of creation, and if it harbours the same nutritional benefits as PB does, then my fate shall thus be sealed.

Sure it can! What's the difference between peanut butter and almond butter? Peanut Butter is peanuts..almond butter is almonds. Both are great sources of fat. People just seem to prefer PB

Yes. I even believe some of the non-peanut butters have better fat profiles (almond butter comes to mind) and are therefore better choices.

Yeah, I love almond butter from Whole Paycheck but it's damn pricey, twice as much as natural PB. Haven't tried the others but they sound tastey, too. Nice treat once in a while but they won't replace PB altogether.
