    Question Protein shakes, when to drink?

    I've been drinking 2 shakes a day each of them a recommended serving size i was just wondering is there any part of the day i should be drinking them to maximise efficiency?

    Just kidding, man. It depends on what your DIET is like. Remember eating properly is better than relying on protein supplements. That said, if you can't meet your nutrient demands in your food alone, drink a shake between breakfast and lunch, and one post workout. Hope I've been some help bro.

    The best time to drink a whey protein shake is right after lifting. If you must drink a shake as a meal, make sure it is a blended protein (whey, caseinate, egg white) so it is more slowly absorbed.
