    Feel like Im eating Too Much

    Ok I usually eat breakfast around 5:30-6. Then I eat something small at 9ish. Then Lunch at 11. I come home and eat some smal at 2:45. Then I eat dinner at 4. I usually am hungry again an hour after dinner but I feel like I'm eating way too much. Is this ok?

    You can eat 10 meals a day...it all comes to how many calories/protein/carbs/fats you eat within those meals. I can easily eat 3 meals a day, but eat like 3000+ cals, or eat 5 small meals a day and eat 2500 cals.

    Well, I only eat around 1500-1600/day. It's easier fo me to space things out when Im at work but once I get home I feel like eating a lot more.

    Well from what you said you eat about 5 meals, so add another if your hungry, have some cc or pb or even both, add some skim milk and you should hold off till bed time

    I'm not comftorable eating more. My body has stayed at this weight since June becuase of the way I eat. I intend to stay the same weight or atleast put on muscle and no fat.

    I really think you need to get some help. You have some very disordered thinking patterns.


    Just an FYI- you are NEVER going to put muscle on with those kinda of cals.The only thing you are going to do is fu.ck up your metabolism and burn muscle mass.
