I wanted to know if anyone had any programs that really make you grow without over training. If so list them or give me a site that has some good routines. I was doing a 3 day split 6 days a week (got it out of the arnold book) but after like a month my bench has went down and I don't feel as strong I am cutting but it went from me repping 115lbs (pretty crappy for a 180lb guy) 8 times 3 sets to repping 115lbs 3x8,7,6 what the hell is up with that.I weighed 200lbs now 180 is that a normal strength loss?Well thanks
