Here are some pics and a short clip from my posing routine. My wife couldn't get the whole thing because the chip wasn't big enough. Came in extremely full and dryer than my previous shows, i was a whopping 7 lbs heavier (200lbs) than my last show!!! All hail the carb load lol! From here i hope to ride this wave of momentum into the MS championships and come out on top. I've continued to improve with each show and i plan on being at my all time best for the MS. I had several people ask me what the hell happened in Gadsden and how did i improve so much in a short period of time. My only response was "motivation."
Enjoy the pics and video and thanks for all the support.

Congrats! Great improvements and it does appear that the coverted carb load worked well. Isn't it funny though? You accidently stumbled upon the idea of pushing more carbs after your last show, and you were able to take this and incorporate it as part of your current plan. The results? Well, they speak for themself. Enjoy a well-deserved victory and then get back to business and focus on the next display of domination you will unleash on the competition.

Mike Francios eh.... wow, dare to dream He had an incredible physique for sure.
July 21st so not this weekend but next weekend. That would be awesome if you could make it. It should be a great show.
I forgot to mention, Jen prepped two other competitors for this show, One won the novice overall, and the other won the junior middleweight class. So it was a great night for everyoneLast edited by VenomXL; 07-12-2007 at 06:24 PM.

Congrats!
Very nice job man! You certainly have a symmetrical physique with great development. Quite impressive, particularly for your age!!
I would second your own remarks about improving quad separation. Hardening up a little more should enable more detail in your quads and a tighter glute/hamstring area. VERY nice job though!"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Phi 4:13

Thanks bro, hopefully i continue add quality size throughout the offseason. I am confident that i can improve my leg separation for the next show. I didn't cut my cardio out soon enough this time which had the biggest effect. Also Jennie has a little trick that we use to loosen up the fascia that we haven't used this year.
Thanks steve, just trying to improve with each show. N.O. Limits is AWESOME for retaining fullness and pumping up for a show. It's my new favorite

I take NO limits 30 minutes before pumping up backstage for the morning and night shows. I take it on my carb up days because i start my carb up day with what i call a pump up workout to get a pump in all the muscles to pull the carbs in. I take it 30 minutes before that like i would do for any workout.
