currently all I have for lifting heavy is my inzer powerlifting belt that is huuuuggggee and I need something a little more refined and still supportive and functional all at the same time. What do you see weightlifters wearing abroad when competing? Also does anyone know what the restrictions are as far as belt thicknesses when competing ?

The rule is 12cm wide. So about 4.5 inches. I've seen this one a lot in US competitions.
