pinch the area between your bicep and tricep really hard and flex your forearm. I get monster veinage doing that. One is a half inch thick

carbs, tons of water, plus a pump. low bf % helps quite a bit. I'm about 12.5ish right now or so. My hands are feet rawk. but my inner forearms are coming along. Just barely about to rip out. A bit more and I'll be good. My dad is about 15-17 % and has great veins, (no alabama homo) , so I guess a lot is genetic.
A lot of people have been looking at too many competition condition bodybuilding photos and have a distorted sense of what "fat" is. - SideFX
