What do you crave after you walk off stage?
Where do you plan to go when you walk off stage?
This year I am craving Pancakes and Donuts and In-N-Out!
I have directions already printed up to get to where I want to go from show to all the best places. But it can't be any place. I do the research to find the best of the best. If I am going to blow my diet, I want to make sure its the best damn donut in California and the best damn pancakes. But since I am a Simpsons fan, I might have to stop by 7-11 for a pink donut.
What I really want though is to eat something without weighing it!
What about you?

That was totally my move. I scouted out every restaurant within a 20 block radius of the venue. I checked out everyone's menu and even gathered opinions of people who would come to the event. I searched high and low and spent way too much time drooling over the type of food I wanted.
In the end.........I figured out what I wanted. Spending time with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Not an all out binge on everything I was craving for the past 145 days. I wanted to sit down, relax, chill and have a meal. Not take out my scale and weight things, not worry about how it was being cooked, how much I had eaten that day, what I need to eat now, how much I can eat later, macronutrients, or what I will eat tomorrow. I just wanted to relax and enjoy.
Your meal won't make up for events you missed while dieting. Or that pizza you wanted so badly. Just find some where you want to go and enjoy it.
And yes, I know a thing or two about a post contest 7-11 run!

I'm going to find a nice all you can eat Chinese or East Indian buffet. Just love spicy eastern food. Will still stay away from deep fried stuff though. Just does not go well through me!

I think I am going to go to In-n-Out with a pack of Frosted Cover donuts, Oreo's and milk and get by 4x4 and fries. Think I should throw some Tums with that?

Same thing happened to me, the show got done at midnight and the only thing that was open was Jimmy Johns and Crazy Burrito. All I wanted was that sandwich and they were out of wheat bread. My b/f was so annoyed cuz I made him drive around to another Jimmy Johns to get my sandwich.
