my g/f has told me that ever since i started using supplements and getting bigger that my body jumps or twitches at night when i'm asleep. sometimes i wake her up in the middle of the night when it happens. i seriously don't think the supplements are causing my body to do that. anyone else do this?

I've gained about 45lbs in the last 7 weeks. With all the extra bodyweight, I snore really badly now. I have always snored, but it could usually be remedied with a Breathe Right strip on my nose. Now, I put it on and I still snore to the point my GF has to sometimes leave the room. A friend I new once had a twitch in his chest...or so he says. I think he was just trying to get attention by making his chest bounce....ha ha

Judo- my g/f has also told me that my snoring has gotten louder.
institutional- lol, i don't and have never rolled on exctasy.
2demon2- i have no idea where her hand is at those times. lol
bulldog- i'm glad to know that i'm not the only one either. i really don't think the supplements are causing these twitches even though my g/f and parents say it is. they keep telling to quit taking my supplements. i usually workout at 6 pm, but i don't know if that's the problem. i think my muscles are just trying to relax or something while i'm asleep.
anyone have any idea why this happens?

Out of curiosity, what supps are you using? It seems that people that don't know about supplements are always going to blame them 1st, even when they cannot support there reasons.
Sirsavage-yep, 45lbs. I started Tren-x on the 22nd of April and finished it on memoral day. In that time I went from 223.5 to my current bodyweight of around 255-260lbs. I was posting my results in one of the longer Tren-x threads, I have used steroids in the past and the heaviest I ever got to was 248lbs and pretty smooth. I am bigger and have stayed leaner then I ever had. I think the Tren-x played a big role, but, I also went on a "see" food diet. I made sure I had all the protein I needed and then some. I didn't count calories. I was, and still am drinking a gallon of milk in about 8 hours, plus all the food.

"Sure is. And it's either a lie or at least half fat (and that's generous itself)."
Like I said, I started the tren-x on the 22nd of april. I knew I was goiing to be starting it so about 2 weeks prior to that, I bumped up my cals. In those 2 weeks, I put on about 10lbs. We have an digital scale here at work. It seems to be pretty accurate. Anyway, I went from 213 up to 223 in those 1st 2 weeks. Why, cause I was fairly lean and had been using the anabolic diet. I had been limiting myself in carbs and when I suddenly went from eating around 2000 calories up to at least 5000, my body responded. In none of my posts did I say I gained 45lbs of LBM. That would be absurd. I love how people just read into posts what they want. They don't bother reading what is actually written.

Perhaps I should have utilized my superhuman power to peer into your life for the last 7 weeks to see that indeed much of what you gained was fat. There I go again, neglecting my power.

If you don't have a superhuman power to see into my life, don't make a blanket judgment on what I have done. You are the one who said I was lying.
Again, I in no way made any claim as to how much LBM I gained. I simply stated the fact that I gained X amount of WEIGHT in approx. 7 weeks. You went on to say that I was either a liar or that it was at least 1/2 fat, if not more. Since I never made the claim that I gained 45lbs of LBM, 35lbs of LBM and 10lbs of fat, 25lbs of LBM and 20lbs of fat, etc....You are flat out saying I am a liar! Don't turn your assinine comment back on me.
This is a pointless argument.

PS- my legs twitch all the time...usually the quads....it's from blood flow and muscle fiber stimulation i believe.Find us on ********!

As far as twitching goes, I have 2-3 good twitches everyday, usually in the evening when I'm trying to get to sleep. Sometimes my whole body will flinch as if I were trying to jump straight out of bed from a horizontal position. When I get the "big ones" my heart also seems to skip a beat then beat hard for a minute afterward, like I got a shot of adrenaline. I've had this my whole life. It definatley is worse when I've been training hard.murphy240@hushmail.com
