    creatine loading

    did a search, saw a thread that had a couple of responses going against loading.

    i just got some creatine-mono and i was wondering what people's thoughts were on loading 4 times a day w/ 5g doses for 5 days (the standard loading)

    better to just take pwo and have it take longer for the muscles to get saturated?

    loading is not necessary

    Research indicates 3g per day for a month is as effective as 25g a day for 5 days

    If you have patience then do the lower dose route

    I personally cannot even tolerate 3g a day , i get frequency

    Drink it with juice or honey
