did a search, saw a thread that had a couple of responses going against loading.
i just got some creatine-mono and i was wondering what people's thoughts were on loading 4 times a day w/ 5g doses for 5 days (the standard loading)
better to just take pwo and have it take longer for the muscles to get saturated?
