    More protien...

    What has a decent amount of protien but not much fat except tuna and whey powder...

    I only have about 5g carbs to use and 32g protien to use up to complete my diet. I'm already over in my fat a little bit and am using 2 scoops of ON's whey...

    If you guys can list out a few foods that would be great...

    Top sirloin i'm pretty sure...but any cut, you can cut off the visible fat and make it much leaner.

    Also, you can buy lean ground beef.
