How to make a line between chest??
Hi all
I was wondering, i see pics of guys with a line between their chest, and its awesome. Im trying to do it for longer time but i just keep on putting mass, and line keeps stayng only from middle to bottom end of chest.
Now i know i should be doing inclines, i am, like a psycho and nothing helps...i heard close grip bench develops inner chest but thats such a bs , its for triceps and not chest..
im not ripped, not fat..i got bout 12% fat( u can see my abs when i flex em).
dunno what to do..

close grip bench press is for triceps and for your chest a gud one for the line down the middle of your chest is machine you might not like using them but they are the best for cutting.
And also do cable crossovers and incline cable crossovers this will help i hope !!!!!

try doing some inclined bench flyes, squeezing at the top w/ a full range of motion

ya i have the same problem.. i can't get the upper inner chest developed.

a line between the chest is bf% and genetics. special exercises won't give you it, just like they won't give you a biceps peak.

like nick said, its genetics. take franco columbu for example. he had the best split in his chest i have ever seen, but his training partner arnold never had em as good he did. but.....franco never had the arms arnold had & they used to train together & do the same workouts.

get your bf down and it will appear... mabye not as defined as some people...
it also becomes more defined if you add more mass to your chest
don't fall for that inner chest bull****... you can't isolate the inner part of your chest
