How much protein do you eat? And how much is from whole foods?

I’m sure there have been many posts like this in the past but why not start another one!

I’m curious to see how much daily protein other people take in, and also how much is from whole foods and how much is from shakes/bars/amino acids pills etc.

Please list your weight, daily protein intake(use your workout day average) and amount from supplements.

    Mine is:

    Bodyweight: 235#
    Daily Protein: 350gr
    From Supps: 165gr

    Thumbs up

    Bodyweight: 185 right now
Protein intake: 300grams daily- dispersed amongst 6-7 meals a day so that's about 40-50g/meal

I take in on average- 120g of protein from shakes
    and 180g from whole food
Like Sixpack, I get most of my protein (still at about 300g) from whole foods on the weekends (since I do not workout on the weekends and enjoy a change of pace from the M-F routine)

IMO people today rely way too heavily on supplement protein looking at the posts above (except few), but then i guess there is a limit to the amount of whole foods u can eat in one day for protein.
