AnatorP70 Effective or Not?
im planning to buy AP70 but i dont know if it is Effective as they say it is clinicaly proven?

Answer is no, its effective, but their claims are always a little outlandish in my opinion.

I have not used it, but I my usual post workout drink is pretty much exactly whats in it, Protein, Carbs, Leucine, Creatine, but I just mix my own up. Its cheaper, and you know how much Leucine and Creatine you are getting that way, MT doesnt let you know.

I tried it and i put on some weight, not much stength. I put on weight around my stomach area which i didn't like. Sizeon is a similar product and i liked that much better. It also has alot less sugar in it.

It wont give you bether results than ordinary whey,carbs and kreatin.
MORE leucin wont raise protein synthesis further.

i was just suggesting an cheap alternative to anator.do you seriously think it is a worthwile investment with dextrose as its carb source?

Dextro/maltodextrin is great to use if you are doing strenght training.
In sweden everybody uses it just as everybody uses whey here.
