What kind of music does everyone listen too, so they can get pumped or in the zone, while lifting/working out? Any new songs or all old songs?

heart on his sleeve
hes got everything to prove
driven by uneasiness his anger is fuel
his mind-set wont accept
these other possiible outcomes
you cant throw him off balance
rage of discipline he will enter into
he shut out your negativity and disregarded you
his mind-set wont accept
these other possible outcomes
he can't give you what he's got
everything to prove!

The first minute of Helloween - Before the War, timing it so set starts right at :32 seconds. Whenever I go super heavy this is the only song I'll listen to.
Van Halen - Humans Being
Symphony X - Out of the Ashes
Ronnie James Dio - Rainbow in the Dark
Metallica - Damage, Inc. (gotta turn this one up real loud)
Megadeth - Hangar 18
oh forgot...Kamelot - Fall from Grace
