I dont count how many pushups Im going because I seem to do better not counting but I would guess around 60 at 135 pounds.

Umm, it was 50 at 159 pounds. But then I moved to weights and gained 30 pounds. And that was before, you know, three months of waiting for surgery and no lifting.

Im around 160, last time I checked I could do roughly 55 pushups in 60 seconds.
And I NEVER do pushups. So I kinda impressed myself alittle bit.
Because Im trying to bulk up somemore before police academy....
And one of the requirements was like 30 pushups in 60 seconds...??
And I just wanted to see how many I could do.
Dudes the police requirements for pyshical fitness test is EASY.....
It's like 30 pushups in 60 seconds.
30 situps in 2 minutes.
Run 1 mile in under 15 minutes.
Drag 150lbs dummy 70 feet.
No wonder why so many cops are fat and hang out at the 7-11 around here,LOL.
