Hi,
I worked out all my maxes and **** a couple weeks ago and have had 10 days off gym so i will most likely sucker this tomorrow.
Do all the increments and things look alright or are they too big/too small???
For the exercises that say "either" i will alternate every workout, unless i have heaps of time or feel like it then i will do both.
I have put weights in lbs and Kgs cause i go to a couple of gyms, one lbs one kg
Any feedback would be sweet.

Age:18
Height: 187cm (6'2)
Weight: 99kg (220lbs)
Bodyfat: (@7 points): 78mm (about 12%)
Bench: 135kg (297 lbs)
Squat: 140kg x6 (308lbs)
Deadlift: 190kg (418lbs)
