if you buy 2g amino acid pills, you'd have to pop 20 to get 40g of protein.

I used to fantasize about an 80 gram protein pill. Reality is the Amino acids you buy at the store is simply Whey or Soy protein in capsule form. Chack the ingredients on the lable, the best Aminos are Whey Protein hydrosolate..

In todays supplement world, there are many great tasting powders, I see no reason to have any problems using them. Best bet, do a poll on best tasing powders. Although this has been done before, and you can search out the results.

liver tablets have 1.5 grams or so of protein per pill
take 20-30 of those per day and youll get about 40 extra grams of protein
