    what are some good lower back exercises because i reallly need to strengthen my lower and some upper back

    giggity giggity, giggity goo.

    Pull throughs will really only help hip drive. I would say do weighted hyperextensions. Reverse hypers (if possible) good mornings and of course like others have noted, deadlifts and squats.
