For the first time ever, my squats have surpassed my bench press. On October 9th, I could only squat 185x6. Today I was able to squat 225x9! Best I've ever benched at 225 was 9 reps and I'm only at 8 now. So now deadlift > squat > bench instead of deadlift > bench > squat.

Great job! Doesn't it feel awesome to stack a little more weight on the bar?
I switched over to the Squat Rack last week. I was expecting my weights to decrease, but I have been able to increase it each week.

For a newbie (8 months lifting), I am pretty pleased.
However, unlike you, my bench is no where near my squat.The great successful people...
create their mental picture, and
then go to work materializing that picture...
