is there any cold cereals that have a good amount of complex carbs and fiber with not much sugar? seems like all the cereals i looked at had a bunch of sugar and not much fiber. plz help.

if you dont like hot oats i know that i have read about others who will soak their oats in the fridge and then eat them cold the next day....i bet they'd be pretty good w/ some cinnamon, etc.

Meh...I think there are healthier choices than Cheerios and the like. Depends on how strict you wanna be. One healthy cereal is Ezekiel Almond cereal. Has all organic whole grains, like 9 grams of fiber, and less than one gram of sugar. Tastes pretty damn good with raisins in it too.
