    You know more most. Some teachers really suck...most are good...then there is teh few and teh proud...teh ones dat leave a mark.

    My favorite teacher ever was also the cheif of pulic saftey for a county in MI. He had a history with law enforcement/courts...every session he was able to use his real life experiences to makes sense out of statistics and research methods...STUDENTS LOVE STORIES.

    I don't have any studies to support it (but, I'm sure they exist).

    I can't explain it, but I know that weights are superior. I can't prove it and I won't try.

    oh ok.

    how long have you been doing this btw? This is about day 9 for me, its great but i still can eat the same and not be full at all lol, im just not as hungry as i would be spaceing out the meals every 2 hours.

    Well...it is mainly genetic from what I hear...don't know. Perhaps my blood pressure is better? I have no idea. My arms are starting to look ripped and they are harder too...I am doing keto IF by the way.

Strength has been great when I lift (increased a bit), but I only lift 3-4 times a week. I do a lot of sprints and plyos, so it has been nice to not have crap bouncing around when I'm jumping up and down or running.

    I too have been worrying about destroying my metabolism. When I got to really low bodyfat before, I was consistently eating 1800 cals/day, while doing intense 2hr track & field workouts. I became very intolerant to cold, lost my sex drive entirely (unless you consider the food network to be porn), would have huge binges every other week, and stopped losing weight. I built my maintenance and testosterone levels back up by eating more calories (4500/day) for a while w/ plenty of fat (& ZMA & tribulus). In the process, I made steroid-like gains in strength, w/o adding that much weight. So yeah, thats my life story. I'm young too, so maybe my words don't quite count as much as some of the more experienced lifters.
    thats me right now man, I'm on a keto diet, intaking about 1900-2000 calories a day..sex drive is GONE, dead. I wanna binge so bad, but I'm saving myself up for new years.

    Maybe a little of both. It depends on what foods you eat. Like if you eat 4000 cals from carbs you'll be less full than 4000 from fat. Fat is very filling. And your stomach may have shrunk too. By the way that's a nice bet. Sometimes I joke with my friends that I could eat 50 Krystals in an hour and a half and they tell me Im crazy. Maybe someday I'll prove it to them.

    Everytime I cheat I do the IF approach to it, reason being I just cant eat as much in one sitting. I go to a buffet usually for my cheats and I can get 5 plates down and im stuffed.

    Would it be logical to say eat within a 4 hour time frame in lieu of the 8 hours ? What I mean by this is, would gains differ ?
