Fyre/Guggul Log
I finally got this stuff in the mail. The losses won't be as severe now because I've been cutting for about 8 weeks, and am down around 22 pounds. 193 down to aboue 171. I did stop cardio for the last few weeks just because I felt I was plateauing and I no longer had time to hit 70 minutes a day. I was hitting 35 in the morning and 35 after a workout. I will take weight and start the stack tomorrow, maybe get some pics up. Hope it works to get the last few pounds and some water off my frame. Either way, I will keep everyone updated. Cardio will be phased back in as well.

Day 1
I took 1 Fyre and 1 Guggul this morning when I got up. I didn't feel anything noticeable. Had probably about 6 egg white, about half a cup of oatmeal and some green tea. A few hours later I had another Guggul and a mix of a good lean turkey sausage with some green pepper, broccoli, brown rice and a red potatoe.
Then I hit the gym. I did some chest a little bit of tri's. Post workout a shake with about 7 g of creatine and 2 scoops of protein. When I got home I ate another serving of the mix I had before along with an apple and I took another Fyre and Guggul. I've taken a lot of thermogenic stuff so tomorrow I will up the dosage and look for something more noticeable.
I'm about to hit some cardio, either a bike for about 45 minutes or play some pickup soccer. I will get some pics up soon.
Weighed in at 172.

Day 2
I increased the dosage today, this morning I took 2 Fyre along with 2 Guggul's and then I made the pancake recipe from posedown 2. Wow is all I have to say, I've eaten a lot of bodybuilding food in my day, drank every shake and eaten a lot of bars...Those things were the worst by far...they cut like a steak and I think it took me a liter of water to get through one...good thing i had the energy from the stack...I definitely had a good warming sensation over the entire body. I'm gonna hit some back later on today and some cardio with that. Here's a couple pics, maybe the stack will help get that fat roll of my neck haha.

Day 4
TOday is the 4th day of the stack...I was 170 yesterday, a little lighter than normal...maybe some water, I'm not sure I thought 170 was a little strange but who knows theres always some fluctuation. Day 3 was a quick shoulder workout...The stack has been raising my core temp throughout the day...thats the biggest thing I notice within the first 45 minutes of taking it. I also played about 2 hours of soccer yesterday after taking the stack...no cramp problems and my energy was good.
Today is arms, a long hard workout i will take the fyre right before and we will see how it drives me through today and tomorrow for legs. This will be a good test for it

well the arm workout was a success, I didnt take weight because i have never been a slave to the scale but, I guess I will continue to daily just to see how dramatic the loss can be at first. I will check again today and get a leg workout in. My squats suffered last week, I think because of the amount of sleep i had...Hopefully they will go down hard and heavy this week with the aid of Fyre

Sorry guy, I have been working a lot the past couple days..working for free actually to finish my degree, and looking for a real job. I have seen a few ads about working on a large nutrition newsletters. I love to write and share knowledge, but I'm not sure where to get my foot in the door in the fitness industry. I'm thinking about training because of the guy I'm shadowing right now has has own company and does in office and people come to him, pretty good thing going with metabolic testing too. But I don't feel like I needed to go to school for four years to train people, Sorry if anyone takes offense to that, but it's just the way I feel. Any ideas?
Back to the matter at hand...Fyre and Guggul is still going strong, I have notices a decrease in the effects when I take the normal doses 2/2 in the morning or whenever. The effects are very pronounced pre workout, I sweat like an animal and it really allows me to work at a break neck pace, leaving my friends in a great deal of pain. I have never been a slave to the scale and I didn't want this stuff to turn me into one, but I will take weight today for the purpose of this log. Egg whites and oatmeal earlier and another meal before I hit some back today...My legs are really tight don't know yet if i I will deadlift...I will update after my workout and let you guys know what I did. I will try to get some more pics up.

Very impressive results so far.
Do you think it's worth the money, given you're at the early stages of taking Fyre/Guggol?

About to do some arms...no workout yesterday but I played soccer for about 90 minutes at a fast pace. Just took the stack for the first time today, gettin pretty pumped up, sometimes i feel like it has a vasodialation effect but not as much other times. Maybe its just the heat being produced...I will take weight after this workout and update you guys.

170 today, got a serious pump doing arms, maybe some legs tomorrow if they feel good...i need to deadlift but my hamstrings have been really tight the last week...we will see tomorrow...I gotta get some more pics up too
....still not really phasing the cardio in, i think i will start on monday with some realllly slow stuff. I wanted to be looking my best for my birthday, I was kinda pretending i have a show on that day (August 19th) I think the first of august all carbs will be phased out later in the day and all early carbs will come from sweet potatoes and oatmeal, i will add a lot more fish which is low now and still keep the red meat out. I havent eaten any red meat or drank any alcohol since about may 5th. Hopefully things will work out well, maybe do a show next year

Chest day
gonna tackle some chest today, hopefully the stack will get me pumped and make me sweat....cardio is getting phased back in today, in addition to all the soccer a play, but that is done at a very intense fast pace burning almost entirely sugar stores and then even muscle...i hope to get some final fat deposits off between now and about the third week of august, after that I dont think i will want to lose any more weight. Well i dont want to lose much more now, just some fat and water. I'm going down to bench nationals with a friend of mine Adam Crider on friday. He's competing, look for an article i will do about him soon...I'm also gonna check and see how my numbers stack up.
I'll update after the workout

168.5, thats would put me in with 165 ers and since a guy just recently put the record up to 400 raw...i think i will bow out of that one...he broke a record that stood for about 7 years. My weight is definitely down, I feel like the wind might blow me over...played soccer for about 2 hours yesterday after a back bi workout...lats actually started to cramp up I ran so long...some shoulders and tri's today and then tomorrow i will head down to richmond for bench nationals...I'll tell you guys how that goes for my buddy adam and about some of the freaks that are down there

So all the guggul is gone, I weighed in at 168.5 yesterday...I was at 171-172 when I started so a loss of about 3 pounds. After I had already gone from about 193-194 to 171....the stuff was pretty effective. A noticeable warming effect and sweat. Energy production was pretty good too. All and all I will give the stack a B +, much better then Lipo 6 worked for me, but not as good as animal cuts. I would definitely use it again when cycling thermogenics.
