FAKE WEIGHTS thread, i see so many vids, where do they get them?
i saw some vid of this guy who i know was not benching 115 lb dumbbells without any muscle at all.
i just saw this female bench 495 obvious fake weights.
where the hell are they getting these fake weights and plates?

some weights you need to fill with sand, maybe its them.....
