    Massfx/hyperdrolx2/Retain2 Log

Already started on this stack. 3rd day. A little about my training/nutrition. I've been on and off for the past few years but back for good now(hopefully). Been training hard for 6 weeks now.

    Weight: 234 lbs.
    Height: 5'10"
BF: Will get calipers soon to keep progress.
Goal: Gain strength/drop bodyfat. I don't really care about muscle size.

Diet: I eat 8 meals daily for 3200-3500 calories depending on if I lift and do cardio on the same day. My bodyfat is probably in the low-mid 20's which is why my calories might be a bit low. I try to eat extremely clean and flawless, Any input to enhance my diet would be much appreciated.

Foods that I eat: Carbs: Steel cut oats (2-3 cups daily ~1400-1800 cals/day)
Nonfat plain Yogurt (2-3 cups daily)
    Cottage Cheese (2-3 cups daily)
Fruits + Vegetables (6-8 servings total)

    Protein:Frozen Orange Roughy
    Whey protein shakes
    Blend protein shakes
    Chicken breasts
Steaks (trimmed newyorks or filet mignons)
    Salmon
    Ground Turkey breast

    Fats: Mixed nuts
    Olive oil
Fish (i try to eat alot of fish)

Supplements: MultiVitamin, syntrax nectar, bsn syntha6, NOxplode, Cell-Mass,
    Mass FX, Retain2, Hyperdrolx2
    OnCycle: MassFx 4 x daily, Hyperdrolx2 4 x daily, Retain2 3 x daily, No-xplode
    Preworkout, Cell-mass Post workout
I'll be running this cycle for 8 weeks, and will not be tapering any dosages. I had leftover No-xplode and Cell-mass from about 9-10 months ago so I will finish that off.

    PostCycle: Sizeon, Whiteflood, Purple Wraath.

Training: Right now I am training for strength and speed. Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Lots of cardio, and GPP training will be incorporated into my workouts. My lifts and body have suffered greatly because of laziness and lack of motivation, so my goal at the end of this 2 month cycle is to increase strength, and lose bodyfat.

Day 1: 7/06/07- Got the supplements in the mail, Took 3 hyperdrolx2, 3 massfx and 2 retain2. ME Bench day. Weight 234. 15 50 yard windsprints.

    Day2: 7/07/07- 4 Massfx/hyperdrolx2 3 retain2. Abs/Grip/Biceps/Upper Traps.
    Weight 234. No cardio.

    Day3: 7/08/07- 4 massfx/hyperdrolx2 3 retain2. DE Lower day. Ran the bleachers, 61 flights. Weight 233

A few years ago did a M1t 4ad cycle, didnt like the sluggishness/lethargy and felt like i gained 20 lbs overnight in a bad way. So i started PCT 2 weeks early. Other than that no

    Day 4 7/09/07- Weight 233

Going to eat 3400 calories today over 8 meals, Cardio in the PM and just finished my workout:

    DE bench day
SpeedBench: after warmups 185 lbs + 44lbs chains x 3 reps x 9 sets 45 seconds rest in between. Varied grips 3 closegrip 3 mid 3 outside competition

    Barbell Incline Bench: 135 x 12, 185 x 12, 225 x 12, 255 x 12, 265 x 12, 265 x 7
Never did higher rep training took alot out of me.

    Incline barbell skullcrushers: 95 x 12, 115 x 12, 135 x 12, 140 x 12, 145 x 12
    Elbows felt good

    Incline bench chest supported DB rows: 75's x 12, 90's x 12,15,15,12

    Posterior Delt rows: 135 x 10, 155 x 10,10,10

    Alternating front plate raise: 35's x 10,12 45's x 6

Combination of having to study till 3am and wake up at 9am for a quiz + high reps really killed me. Didn't have anywhere near the intensity I've been having but was a great workout with rising numbers on all lifts.

Took 1 hyperdrol right when i wokeup with my meal, 1 mass fx an hour later, 1 retain2 with my 2nd meal at 11:15AM. 1 MassFX 45 min preworkout, and 1 Retain 2 with my PWO meal

PM cardio: 25 minutes Sled pull, 300 lbs. Did it in a parking lot near my place, so not quite sure about distance. Had a killer lower day yesterday, so was surprised that I could handle that much of pulling the sled. So far no bad side effects at all.

PM cardio will do 25-30 minutes of sled pulling.

Feeling tired in the mornings even with about 8 hours of sleep, this has only really been today... But after a 15 minute light walk outdoors I felt fine. Haven't done floorpress in over a year but it's close to my PR. Def. feeling very strong in these workouts. I am more vascular and pumped during my workouts, but I've been going with some high rep sets for the past workouts. So far strength is feeling great and I can notice alot more muscularity and leaness

Good to hear you are starting to notice the effects That's the thing I love about these products, is that the effects kick in quick and changes are noticeable in about 10 days.
