im 18 and 5ft2, I have been lifting for a year and a half now. My first workout was a bro split and for the past 2-3 months ive been doing PHAT. Im looking into doing ICF5x5, as basics are not there yet and i want to increase my big 3s. I really enjoy my current workout though.
my 1RM are:
200lbs squat
230lbs deads
150bench
should i change to icf5x5? Would i need to readjust my TDEE as im burning less calories as im only in the gym 3x a week while in PHAT 5x a week? And when doing PHAT, my back and legs have grown alot, will changing my routine cause any body parts to lose its gains?
what i usually do for PHAT is
Upper body: 5x5 bench on both power and hypertrophy and Shoulder press 5x5 on Upper day.
Lower body: 5x5 squat on both power and hypertrophy day. And a deadlift on power day. 1x5.
I progress like in icf5x5.
