Hi there still trying to understand how to work out my nutrition and diet but it is very hard to understand
I am 26 years old , 210 pounds , quite high body fat 25% percent , I started the going to the gym two weeks ago currently planning on going 5 days a week I dont have a problem with my training programme but its just the diet side i just dont know how much or how often or things i should eat My goal is to lose fat and build muscle
I really hope someone can help me with this
