For all the people who currently wrestle or have wrestled before. How do you make the time to stay committed to wrestling, bodybuilding, and school? I would find it hard to eat every 2-3 hours with all the wrestling practices. I'm trying to make a tough decision of whether I want to stay committed to bodybuilding and get maximum gains or stay committed to bodybuilding and also wrestling, and get fair gains.
The wrestling practices are held at:
Monday - 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Tuesday - 7:00am - 8:00am
Wednesday - 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Thursday - 2:15pm - 3:45pm
*Note:School ends at 3:15pm for me except on Thursdays, which end at
2:15pm.
Thanks you guys for taking the time to read this and possibly reply.

Different Approach
The strength gains not mass gains that I made in wrestling were incredible. I would lift weights right after practice in the weight room 2-3 times a week. You should be looking for strength not mass in wrestling. The lower you can get your weight the more competitive you are. Stop trying to gain weight, do that after the season, you will have a huge strength base to build on. The weight will come easy if you have this base. At your weight you should try wrestling 103 or 112lbs. You would probably be successful. This is what I did in wrestling. My senior yr. of high school I was 6-0 and wrestled 130lbs. but had tons of strength. This is just a suggestion.

i think my strength to weight ratio is pretty decent
1216 at 189
thats 365 on bench
315 on incline
450 on dead
275 powerclean
lifts havnt gone down after cutting either! and i didnt have much fat on me when i weighed 220.

Im skinny enough as I am, so your saying I should stop bulking and cut down 20lbs? Well I could easily lose the weight but gaining back 20lbs could take me a year. Thanks for suggestion, I dont know I will will join for sure yet. Afterall, I am currently broke and I have to get my mom to pay the fee somehow.
