Hello,
I have build my diet now and it looks good but i have 7 meals and iam cutting
But i got to bed at 12 AM and mostly wake up at 10 PM so how should i eat this meals what and what time?
Cutting Diet :
meal 1: 50g oatmeal, 250ml milk
meal 2: 6 eggs, 250ml milk
meal 3: 50g, peanuts
meal 4: 180g chicken, 200g vegetables, 70g brown rice
meal 5: 250ml milk
meal 6: 4 eggs, 250ml milk
meal 7: 250g cottage cheese
Stats
Height: 183cm
Weight: 66kg
BodyFat: 16%
If you guys could help me i would really appriciate it

Try this.
meal 1: 50g oatmeal, 250ml milk --> 10:00 PM
meal 2: 6 eggs, 250ml milk --> 10:20 PM
meal 3: 50g, peanuts --> 10:40 PM
meal 4: 180g chicken, 200g vegetables, 70g brown rice --> 11:00 PM
meal 5: 250ml milk --> 11:20 PM
meal 6: 4 eggs, 250ml milk --> 11:40 PM
meal 7: 250g cottage cheese --> 12:00 AM

Uh, you know you shouldn't have carbs between the hours of 10pm and 12am. OP try this:

meal 2: 6 eggs, 250ml milk --> 12:20 AM
meal 3: 50g, peanuts --> 12:40 AM
meal 4: 180g chicken, 200g vegetables, 70g brown rice --> 1:00 AM
meal 5: 250ml milk --> 1:20 AM
meal 6: 4 eggs, 250ml milk --> 1:40 AM
meal 7: 250g cottage cheese --> 2:00 AM
