I usually eat some grapes or strawberrys before bed just to kill the hunger. I'm clean bulking. I hate cottage cheese so can't eat that. Fruits before bed okay? Should I eat alot of carbs before bed, like a peanut butter/jelly sandwich or pasta, because I just can't seem to be gaining any weight. For the past 2 weeks i've been at a constant 162-163.

id perfer if u got a caesin protein at least before u hit the sack.. a glass of milk wont hurt.. and have a little bit of fat along with ur oatmeal if u dont mind to slow down the digestion so it sticks in ur stomach longer over night
how about some oatmeal
a cup of milk
and some almonds on the side?
thats a great meal to have before going to bed

if u want to eat fruit then eat it.....dont worry about the sugar levels the health pros greatly outweigh the cons .....just make sure u get soem protein like they said preferably casein for slow absorption....
