    Grapes / Fruits Before Bed?

    I usually eat some grapes or strawberrys before bed just to kill the hunger. I'm clean bulking. I hate cottage cheese so can't eat that. Fruits before bed okay? Should I eat alot of carbs before bed, like a peanut butter/jelly sandwich or pasta, because I just can't seem to be gaining any weight. For the past 2 weeks i've been at a constant 162-163.

    I don't agree with swallowing sugars of any significant value before bed especially fructose

    u don't need sugar before bed, but i believe u need carbs..
    i eat oatmeal with milk 2 hours before bed...sleep like a baby
    ..if i eat only protein with fat and veggies before bed..then i wake up a lot during the night

    oats , yams and green veggies are a good replacement for fruits. The oats (whole grain) will be filling due to the fiber.

    Yes that whole grain oats , not instant oatmeal

    id perfer if u got a caesin protein at least before u hit the sack.. a glass of milk wont hurt.. and have a little bit of fat along with ur oatmeal if u dont mind to slow down the digestion so it sticks in ur stomach longer over night

    how about some oatmeal
    a cup of milk
    and some almonds on the side?

    thats a great meal to have before going to bed

    if u want to eat fruit then eat it.....dont worry about the sugar levels the health pros greatly outweigh the cons .....just make sure u get soem protein like they said preferably casein for slow absorption....

    I already take in 2 Protein Whey Shakes a day? Do I have to invest in a Casein one too now and take it only before bed?
