Saw an ad on tv for an ab roller its suppose to tighten your mid section. So
do those things work or should I just stick wit doing crunches and leg raises for abs?
this ab contraption is a little different from the seat on a stool this one is like a wheel wit a handle on either side. Is this this ab machine better than that one? do either one off them work?I'm probably going to keep my money for another gimmic lol!

i have the wheel that i brought off of this site and it works great for me but you can also use a barbell with two dimes on each end and will work the same
