i think your confused between dimethylglycine dehydrogenase which is an enzyme involved in the catabolism of choline (manipilation or certain enzyme may turn on certain cancer cell receptors), and Dimethylglycine or DMG which is a non-protein amino acid found naturally in animal and plant cells. DMG is produced in cells as an intermediate in the metabolism of choline to glycine, or that what i remmeber.

i think this stuff will make stupid, but wont cause cancer.

Actually i read that it is DMG in several books , one of them was by phd nutrition consultant to bodybuilders and NBA , NFL atheletes , the book was called power eating .

another book was called something like advance nutrition toxicology
