I am getting worried! ive been on Keto for 3 days, and ever since, i have not taken 1 dump!
I just don't have anything to crap out! I am about to take some laxative.
Anyone else experience this?

Well never mind... now that i just thought of it, i took a dump!
im so happy :P
It was the smallest dump ive ever taken in my life lol. Whats up with this? is it because of the no carbs?

I assume your eating alot less since effectively it is a cutting diet and fatty foods are more calorie dense.. it's quite normal to use your bowels between 3 times a day and 3 times a week, within that range is safe, everybody is different

if you're worried, take psyllium husk.
no carbs, just pure insoluble fiber.

I live at home still, my mum wont buy me psyllium husk because she goes on about it upset the natural pattern or whatever in the body, and I will develop a reliance on them

dude, if you can get reliant on psyllium husk, you can get reliant on vegs, particularly green leafy ones.. the one difference is the color
