I was already cutting cals and have lost just over 50lbs this year so I didn't really experience a big weight drop. I am starting this thread to keep track of my fitdays ect in a place that is a little more friendly then the general board.
I didn't start fitdaying my food until July 5th but have been LC ing for a little over a week.
SO anyway here is the first 4 days of fitday records. I have a plan that starting tommorow I will lower the sat fat and up the protein but I let myself get into ketosis in comfort first and will have a high sat fat day here and there when needed.
