I've been using Ripped Fuelby Twin Lab as a pre-workout booster for sometime. I love it!!!
I try not to take it every workout, simply becasue my body gets used to it and I don't have the same effect, but overall I think its awesome!!!

I recommend D-Stunner by Betancourt Nutrition or Pre-by Optimum Nutrition. Both works great for me.

Firstly I would Like to thank Cory Magrys and Neon Sports for allowing me to review Neon Volt. I will start by telling a bit about myself, around a year ago I was a 230 pound gamer that enjoyed video games and mountain dew until something clicked. In a year I lost 90 pounds then gained around 15 back in muscle. I would do 40 hours a week and full time college so at times a preworkout was crucial to my lifting and the motivation that I needed in the gym. I have taken many preworkouts including (C4, psycho, jacked micro, jacked advanced, craze, no explode, xpand, pre, nuerocore, ect...) so I can quickly decide what is actually worth my money in regards to preworkouts. After Craze had gotten banned I started searching for a new preworkout that would actually have benefits for me in the gym and sadly many preworkouts that I tried fell short of my expectations. The first time I tried Volt was when a GNC employee gave me a sample to try, I was not disappointed that day I blasted through an extreme 90 minute workout and found myself energized long after my lifting session. I usually take 1.5-2 scoops 10-15 mins before my workout so that I will feel the effects when I get to heavier sets. When Taking Volt I also feel stronger for some reason though it may be a mental factor it is defiantly something worth noting. The taste is phenomenal and tastes much like kool-aid but is not overly sweet rather a perfect combination of flavor and sweetness. Neon Volt mixes like a charm with no floating particles or chemical after taste which stood out for me as well. If I did not know that was I was drinking was a PW, I would not be able to differentiate between Volt and a juice box. Neon Volt wont leave you too exhausted to do cardio and has a very slow and mellow energy decrease I usually do my workouts before I go to work and still feel energized for several hours after I took Volt. I was a big Craze fan and was very happy to find a replacement after being let down by so many other brands. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying preworkouts that just didnt seem to work despite all the hype surrounding the products. Volt on the other hand gives good clean energy that you can actually feel rather than sitting around waiting for your PW to kick in. Overall this gives great energy, extreme focus and will not let you down. Neon Volt though new to the market is a very solid and well rounded product I would rate this in the top 3 preworkouts I have ever taken Thank You Neon Volt as I hope to continue using this product for years to come.

Musclepharm Assault is my goto preworkout. Only thing i dont like about it is the added creatine. Besides that it gives me about an hour of CLEAN energy without any crashing. Been using MP for over a year now.

I've gone through a decent amount of pwo's and only a few stand out. C4 and N.O. Xplode are always good if you only want a slight boost while Man Sport's Game day will turn you into a savage. Game Day gives some of the best focus and energy on any pwo and the pumps are pretty amazing. Its about $35 for 60 servings and really seems worth it. The taste isn't bad either. 10/10 overall

My top three would be MP Assault, Myogenix Hypershock, and Labrada PE1. Those three taste excellent, gives great pump and no bad crash. I've tried a ton of others like N.O Xpolde, ON PRE, C4, The Curse, BSN Hyper FX, etc and they all are okay but those three seems to make me run through wall feeling like the Hulk LOL

You guys are crazy if you have not tried Pro Supps Mr. Hyde. It gives you the best energy out of any pre-workout I have ever taken. I've taken Jack3d. C4, Bullnox, D-stunner, Assult, Pre-Jym, and a couple others I can not remember and one scoop of Mr. Hyde beats 3 scoops of any of those other pre-workouts.

If you are looking for a great non stim pump product I highly suggest PES High Volume.

    5/5

PES nailed this formula. Great pumps and added health benefits with the L Citrulline/Arginine combo. Actually nice to see products dosed correctly per serving that follow what studies are telling us about these individual ingredients.

I cannot say enough tbh. Great non stim pre workout option. This will be a,staple in my arsenal for sure!!

PWO? Evolution Nutrition, ENGN works well for me. Says to mix with slightly more water than you want in order to get your pump going but other than that you get a great tingle, pump, and sweat. It's great.
I pick things up and put them down.

    Exclamation Pre-workout responses

    HI!

Attention to Gym goers who use pre-workout supplementation.. MALES AND FEMALES

    I need your HELP!!

I am a final year student doing my final year project on pre-workout supplementation. I need a vast amount of quick and simple responses from pre-workout supplement users to fill out my survey. I would be VERY grateful if you could spend only a few minutes at most to fill in and share my survey. I would really really appreciate your support.

Also to those who are also interested in my final paper will be sent a copy if requested. - I am doing a doing a paper on pre-workout users.

AGAIN it is quick and simple and will not take much of your time or effort.

    THANK YOU! surveymonkey.co.uk/r/Pre-workout_Supplements_2016
