what exactly are the positive results to animal pak? ive only tired no shotgun and cyto gainer. so is animal pak great?

about the most you could ask for out of a multi. I think it is a great product
animalPUMP would be more along the lines of NO Shotgun, though...if I am thinking right

Just pretty much gives you all the nutrients you need to grow that you dont get from eating, isnt really gonna make you blow the fck up or soemthing haha, but definitely good to take a multi.

It's good if you want to swallow 10 horse sized pills everyday. Personally I am a big fan of MVP-365 stacked with ZMK. I couldn't handle the amount and size of the pills in AP but I would use it if I could.
