I bought this thing yesterday and it is awesome. It mixes stuff really well and fast..it also cleans up nice and fast. Here is one of my favorite recipes from the book that came with it:

handful of blueberries
some ice cubes
"splash" of milk
2 scoops of choco. protein powder
some vanilla ice cream (i think, dont remember)

its pretty tasty and a quick way to get some protein
