I thought this would be a good topic, haven't been here for yonks, so I don't know if someone has done it already or not.
Anyhoo, here's my favourite: (please don't include protein powder).
Salmon (per 100g. approx 23g Protein, trace Carbs, 10g of Fat)
This is sooo good any time, when you're bulking, cutting, off-season, pre-contest. It just melts in your mouth and provides the omega-3s which are so good for your heart. They may also lower sat-fat levels in the blood stream, improve circulation and assist with tissue growth (which means muscle growth, numb-nuts!!). Also, you don't need to add anything to make it taste good. Chicken and turkey are both dry and you need something extra,

Chicken. Eggs. Skim milk. Those would have to be my three favorites, with lean beef right after.

Cottage cheese is vile. I always need to add something to improve the taste. It's OK piled up on a jacket potato, for example.
I love milk as well. It's the original meal replacement shake!!You gotta go through hell to get the body made in heaven.

Is it just me that can't stand cottage cheese then?
It just doesn't have any taste to it, even the flavours you can buy don't go well. You gotta go through hell to get the body made in heaven.
