A lot of saturated fat and I do not like weekend carb orgies.
But this diet can and has worked for many. Not my cup of tea, except for the low carb part.

Its a great diet option. Needs to be tailored to the individual though. The carb ups can be very tricky.

Both.
I never believed in health benefits of gorging and you CAN overeat on a refeed, no doubt.

Its a good diet. I have used it and many forms of it in the past. Just do it and tailor it as you go. Its the only way to understand your body. I prefer something more along the lines of the Cut Diet, but..... everyone is different.
"The body is not a ............"? What Marc?

HAHA!
I have used this diet before as well (or at least a version of). I just prefer healthier sources of fat first and foremost.

I'm not a 'saturated fat guy' either. But now I'm reading more about this diet (I'm also reading the book), I think I'll give this diet a try.
A question: HIIT cardio en The Anabolic Diet, do they mix??
- and doing cardio the first month following this diet, not a good idea?

I dont see why they would not, but not 100% sure so you may try asking them.

You need to mix your fat intake sources of course.
I get one third of my total fat consumption out of fish oil & olive oil. At 200g a day that's 30g olive oil & 45g fish oil a day.
Those who question the diet: just try it for 4 weeks. You're not going to die from it, it's just food.
Will it work? yes. Will you like it? that's personal.
-Good luck.

Still think this is a great diet. As I said earlier, it does need to be tweaked to individual.
Short carb ups
Long carb ups
Mid week carb spikes
Pro - fat ratios
Etc..

I started 3 days ago how am I looking
Right now I'm at about 4% carbs a day not to exceed 30 grams. At 65-70% fat and the rest protein.
Breakfast-
3 hard boiled eggs
2-cups scrambled eggs
Couple slices of bacon and ham
Animal pak-multi vitamin
Mid morning snack-
Fish oil pills -2
Cheese stick
Protein ON 100% whey
Lunch -
2 cheeseburgers (no bun just meet)
2 hot dogs (no bun)
Some ketchup
Broccoli or spinach less than a cup
Mid afternoon-
Fish oil-2 pills
Cheese stick
Dinner-
2 cheeseburgers (no bun)
2 hot dogs (no bun)
Extra cheese, light salad
After dinner pre workout-
Fish oil-2 pills
Jack3d
After workout-
Protein shake usually ON performance shakes sometimes a quick bottle of muscle milk if I can spare the carbs .
If I am not hitting enought calories for the day I will take a shot or 2 of olive oil .
And I apologize forgot stats- im 178 right now I started this diet three days ago at 172.. I've been working out harder than ever, and have been strict as hell on carbs. I'm doing 12 days before I carb load I just want some opinions am I looking good as far as my approach ? I'm just nervous of gaining excess weight.

Your diet looks good to me, and you've got your percentages. I'd just add more veggies! Dietary fiber is not counted in the 30g and green veggies will be high in that and Fiber is realllll important when doing the diet.
Also don't be scared you just have to trust the science behind the diet and as long as you keep the percentages as you are and you will see results!

Will I get away with 11 days on induction phase?
I started the diet on a Monday and its more ideal for me to make Friday and Saturday my Carb Up days. I'm on the second week of the induction phase and I am thinking of starting my Carb up on Friday (which will amount to 11 days on low carb).
Will it affect me majorly or will I be able to get away with not doing the full 12 days?

I'm on the anabolic diet and I love it, I think I have mastered it, I know what and what not to do on this diet, etc. The pumps I get in the gym are massive
