Following Black Label Society songs are pretty good to workout to:

    -Bleed For Me
    -Bullet Inside Your Head
    -Counterfeit God
    -Demise of Sanity
    -Doomsday Jesus
-No More Tears 2000 (Or go for the original Ozzy version. Still Zakk Wylde on guitar)

lamb of god - ashes of the wake

it is a great cd. If you listen you can hear what he is saying. It isnt like canibal corpse or something were you cant make out any words. It is a bad ass cd. Great if you have subs because the bass is really clean sounding and stands out.

I mostly listen to Pantera. Reinventing the Steel is the album I'm listening to most. Pumps me up until I want to punch my mother in the face. I also listen to some Children of Bodom during workouts, but the singing is very questionable. And, of course, you can't stay away from Slayer.

In 1945, Adolf Hilter died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied, "I am responsible for the massacre of millions" Satan said, "well done, sit to the right of my throne." In 1953, Joseph Stalin died and went to Hell. Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" He replied "I killed millions to stay in power" Satan said "good, sit to my left" 2010, Ronnie James Dio died and went to Hell, Satan asked, "why are you in Hell?" Dio replied, "Bitch, get the fuk off my throne!"

I think the best music to listen to depends on your training and body type your trying to attain.

    1) freaky physique- saliva, powerman 5000, Breaking Benjamin

    2) muscular but not freaky- Blink 182, Green Day, Simple Plan, Sum 41

    3) lean- Eminem, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, Ludacris

I am not saying this based on scientific information but you would think that someone like Jaime Franklin would listen to number 3 before number 1 and Lee Priests wife would listen to 2 before 3.

This is the most ludicrous premise I've ever heard. "OK let's tailor our workout music to our bodytype."

LOL....so when I'm cutting I should listen to Celine Dion.......

No guys its not like that. I am just saying that atleast in my experience in the gym there are certain types of music that gets me in the mood to do certain things.

When I am doing cardio I prefer pop-punk music because it makes me go faster.

When I am doing weights I prefer Breaking Benjamin, Saliva etc. because it makes me go harder.

I am not saying that this is the universal way of music and working out. Hell Shawn Ray listens to R & B during cardio. I wouldn't be motivated to do anything but get my earphones off if that were me.

Str8 I thought you would have understood what I was talking about. Guess not.
