    Hi there,

You need to find out accurately each week your bodyfat, and your weight, then just do a few simple calculations, to see if its fat or muscle, as for how much muscle, you will gain each week, loaded question, if you are young you will be growing each day, and putting on muscle and fat every day, as you are growing into a full size adult, if you training right, at first you should make good gains, but these gains will slow down

    Thank you Wayne

    Aim for ~0.5-1lbs a week.

If you are new to training(6months or under) aim for 1lb a week
    Bulking.

often times strength comes before size. A lot of guys notice that they get way stronger without gaining an ounce. Then all of a sudden, they start gaining more mass. Just keep training hard and eating a lot (clean food of course).

tough question dude, it depends on 3 things.

    Your
    - age
if your young lets say below 21, ur T3 levels will be high so you will gain real quick

    - diet
but if you have junk food everymeal, u will put on lotsa fat.

    - training
depends on how you train, everday diff body part? alternate days? and when u go to the gym, resting alot between sets

Can't really give you an estimate, but if train hard, eat well you will defintely gain.

hi, you write that it depend of age, gender, training...
so I'm 25 old girl, I have training 5x at week , each day one part but now I change it I train 3x at week and 2x I'm doing only cardio. My diet is clean, no junk, no candy, soda..only oatmeal, chicken, oat bran, veggies, one yoghurt for taste, egg whittes, tuna..
so is possible that I gain muscle? Long time my body starveing, I was dieting long time and my calorie intake was between 1000-1200 now I add littel bit more, but my clothing are tighter...
    what do you think?
