    Exclamation Any Ideas on how i can take Protein supplements!! My dad said i was 2 young for it.

    I need advice, my dad said i was too young for protein supplements. I could use the protein from them cuz i cant eat all through the day. I need a way to get him to let me. Any ideas??????

    Do some research on the benifits and saftey of whey and show your dad. It will(or should) let him know that you really care about working out.

    do research, show him that whey is all natural. if youre gonna start up freshman football or wrestling or something tell him itd be great help for that. whey protein is all natural, so it wouldnt really do any harm. if you still cant get the protein, just eat as much steak as possible, and have a pb&j and glass of milk before bed. just eat lots of peanutbutter, fish, and beef. you might also want to look into BCAA(branch chain amino acids). they, like protein are all natural, and are a building block for proteins. as you do your research youll learn more about these, but look into them aswell.

    The only thing that might be useful at age 13 is some whey and a decent multivitamin. Its a big time for growing so those both should be fine. Anything else is really un-needed. But what this guy said is just stupid.
