    V8 splash good or bad?

    I try to drink as much water as a can but there is no taste to it and I was wondering if V8 splash would be a good alternative?

    It says it has 50mg of sodium,Why is to much sodium bad?

    50mg isn't bad. Some of the V8's are loaded with 400+mg of sodium. If it's only 50mg ur good to go.

    V8 Splash = More than 0 Calories

    Not an alternative. The closest you'll get is Fruit2O or Crystal Light - both with minimal calories.

    Drink your diet pepsi if it helps with cravings.And are you cutting or bulking? Cause that V8 Splash wouldn't be such a good idea on a cut.

    This is where label reading comes in handy. Look for things that have < 5 calories per 8 oz. serving. I have faith in your abilities
