Calories intake
Hi, I began cycling seriously...
My question is this,
I weigh 61 kilos, estimated bodyfat 7%...
I wanted to know how many calories do I have to intake in order to maintain my weight / enhance performance...
I cycle about 1.5 hours a day, but I want to improve.
(My record was on this last Saturday, rode about 50 km in 1 hour and 20 minutes).
I'd appreciate if anyone could tip /help/ advise me on this matter...
Also, do I have to eat more or less on days that I do not cycle?
