    $15 Oxodrol Pro Log

    Well I just finished my PRO-ANABOL Log a not to long ago and was gonna do my X-factor+RPM+ACTIVATE cycle but I decided to finally try the Oxodrol Pro since its been sitting here for weeks now and Ive wanted to see if it was worth it. I wanted to start the log 6 days ago but Im currently out at sea and we have had internet and email issues as usual but I have everything here so far so let me first tell everyone about myself.

    My name is Eric Pendell Iam in the US NAVY and just completed 2 sponsored standalone testing logs the past few monthsfor AX and ****. Ive been lifting seriously for the past 5 years now and and really made a great transformation. Ive been on the boards here for a while now, taking in advice and giving what I can. First of all the reason for the log is Im not a fan of IDS and any of there products but I purchased the Oxodrol Pro when BB.com had it on sale for 15 dollars and decided to give it a try and give my opinion and results to you guys. Ive done M1T,SD,PP, M-drol etc.. cycles so this should be interesting considering the crap reputation IDS has on this board and others.

    I am currently 5'6" 180 lbs(depends on the day). My calorie intake will be between 3000-4000 cals a day while on the cycle. Im going to do a 20,20,20,30mg 4 week cycle. Protein intake will be right around 225-250 daily. It really is tough to keep these consistant because I am on the ship and out to sea but there is no shortage of food and they are always feeding us. You guys also have to take in effect that the gyms here on the ship are very limited and small so its an adventure tryin to do my usual workout at home compared to here but this isnt my first time on the ship and itwont be the last lol....

    This past weeks workouts have been real good. Im loving the add kck of the RPM. Ive heard so many great things about it and am real pleased to have added it to the mixture. Weight is at 182, energy and strength are really nice. Pumps have been pretty decent. One thing I like so far is the focus. My workouts havent went over 70 minutes in length. And Ive felt so good during that Icould have gone longer. I think Im going to limit my cals to nothing over 3500 and nothing less than 2700. Imthinking more of a recomp for this cycle but the fullness right now is real pleasant so Im really not sure what to expect but thats fine.

    I hope you notice something. I just finished two boxes of it and I gained a few pounds but nothing I couldn't attribute to going from a cut to a bulk. I didn't notice any side effects or the "on" feeling. I am thinking it may be underdosed.

    Im not really sure Im expecting anything. the only thing I have really felt over the past week is the RPM which is awesome , but Im thinking its underdosed also or as it always seems to be another bunk product from IDS.

    July 9th

    Today was a cardio day did 20 min on rowing machine and 15 on treadmill
    Decided to do some abs.

    Today was a good day workout was ok just some cardio. energy was good . Still dont think Im getting anything from the Oxodrol. Like Ive stated earlier Ive done prior cycles or SD,M1T,PP M-drol ETC.. and I know what I felt after a week and this is something I havent felt squat. The only thing That is takin its course is the RPM. Maybe lol.. week 2 will be better.

    Workout was actually real good today. Not sure if the Oxodrol is actually kicking in but I had that feeling today that Ive been waiting for. Pumps real very nice today, pecs felt like they were gonna explode today, and im not gonna go into what my tri's felt like it was great you guys get the idea. Fullness in muscles looks real nice right now very firm and hard and looking lean s hell. Ive done a complete 180 in my opinion as of the other day . Im not gonna count my chickens yet but maybe we have something legit here. Like I said that "feeling" has been there all day since my first doseage. I think by the end of this week we will see if we have legit or bunk standby ....

    I will be watching this closely. I picked up a few boxes myself, and it will be interesting to see what you think about it. I don't know when/if I will use them, but it will be nice to have some more information before then.

    Thanks again for subscribing bro, to answer the question Yes I have my Nolva already in hand. Along with AI's cycle support and liverlonger. I will also add sesamax into the mix during the end of week 2 of the cycle to manage cholesterol issues. I have Nolva and Torm on hand but I prefer the Nolva during past cycles.

    Why are you taking creatine on cycle? I'd save it for your PCT since that is when it is needed.

    I've heard many mixed reviews regarding IDS. Some say their products work, while others say they don't. The main issue I see with them is that they do not clearly display what their products contain. As a result, many just consume them with no knowledge about taking them correctly.

    Go with Torem since is it far superior than Nolva. If you're going with Nolva, then Clomid should be taken as well since Nolva by itself is not enough.

    Me 2 thats why i didnt have high expectations during the cycle, And I wanted to make sure I had more than enough PCT supps because of the so called "shady" label descriptions IDS tends to have.

    Ive had better success with Nolva in past cycles but like I said I have torem on hand as always never leave home with out it when doing a PH/AAS cycle. Tho I have been advised before to take the Clomid with the Nolva which I have also so made be to take the safe route especially with a company like IDS would be a smart logical thing to do.

    I almost through week 2 and the last 2-3 days have really changed my mind on this product i thought maybe it was bunk and I was wasting my time but. I have to tell ya since I made the negative comments I did, things have changed dramatically. Strength gains have been up big time the last few nights and weight has increased 4 lbs since the start of the log, and all 4 lbs have beeing within the last week and 3 lbs in the last 4 days which is great. Ive notcied also is im really focused more than when not on a cycle or as the same as an AI cycle. No blout, headaches,acne or lethargy. i was thinking about bumping doseages up to 30 mg the last 2 weeks but am undecided at this point I post july 13th workouts later tonight.

    Nothing much to passdown things are still going well. Ive picked up my water intake too no less than 2 gal. Its hot as hell down here in the waters off the coast of FL. been sweating like crazy probably would have put on more than the 4lbs. so far to be honest. But still pleased hope it picks up even more by the 15or 16th. that will be week 3 when most cycles really pick up the pace. so we wait and see thanks again for all who have followed along.....

    WORKOUT

    Well the back is still ****ed up not sure what I did but Im gonna go through with everything regardless. Weird thing is I havent found any particular one excercise that hurts the area of my back that is the problem . I took 2 days off because of the back problem so the 15th and 16th were off days. The rest of my body feels real good relax but allday pumped but leaner by the minute it seems . Think Im going to change up my routine and go for higher reps and lighter weight and try and relly lean out for the last weeks. especially if the pain in the upperback doesnt subside.

    Workouts were really good considering the back which actually doesnt feel bad in the gym it really hurts when I breathe real heavy. i dont know it you guys have ever heard of a term called a "back cold" which is what i have had in the past but its what reminds me of what I have now so it should go away by the weekend I hope. I am really starting to get shredded. Ive cut cals the past 3 days try to lean up more now since I didnt want to stress the back. This was going to be my original plan before the log started considering i wanted to cut , but i wanted to see what the oxodrol was going to do with high cals and high protein intake. My diet is still very well incheck considering what my options have been I have gone from 3 different chow lines for 1 meal so i didnt have to eat fried crap all day long.

    Well sorry for the delay in responding guys but I had no internet access the last 10 days of the log since I was still on the ship and I am home now and have 24/7 access my final review is this. For as bad as IDS has been claimed to be or say there reputation isnt highly liked on the boards by most I was really impressed by the Oxodrol Pro. I really leaned out during the log and strength gains were to be blunt AWESOME. Side effects during the log were absolutely absent no lethargy, no acne, no headaches nothing. Libdo was really through the roof week 3, which for me was really bad considering I was on the ship still and beating off became more constant than ever. And to answer the previous post I received the "ON" feeling from week 2 all the way on to the end. Gym intensity was also a huge plus. I was also using RPM during the log also which may be the reason for no lethargy (RPM will become a staple in my supplement stash for now on). Even when I had cut calories during the log I was still gaining small amounts of weight and losing bodyfat. Like I stated in my OP my weight has always fluctuated. But since I gained a total of 6 lbs while on the 3 1/2 weeks and went from 7-8 % BF to just under 6%, which is highly visible in my midsection and obliques which has really come through. The "ON" feeling overall reminded me of 1-AD/4-AD stack that I had done years ago almost exact WITHOUT the lethargy. On a scale of 1-10 I give the product a solid 8 overall. In the future when I decide to do a solid cut or recomp I would like to do it when im not on the ship to where I have more access to certain foods. On the ship its hard to eat what you want because your subject what they fix. But overall i was impressed.

    lol its ok Ive been alot worse gyms on different boats but it has almost what I need for what I would expect from a carrier. The Navy has really picked up there ways as far as fitness goes but its more rendered around cardio which is acceptable but still puts us few that lift and lift serious in abind but we do with what is offered to us.
