Why are you using 30 reps? Thats endurance right?

Train your abs like any other muscle in your body for size.

So for size that would be around 6 - 12 or so reps with weight.

Sets? Well that depends on the reps IMO

I'd say do around 3 sets for each ab exercise.

Also.... There plenty of ab workouts around you just gotta use the search button.

Thumbs up

if you can't see your abs then you need to lose some bodyfat, anyone with any muscle at all has a '6-pack' (or something close to it) that will be visible when they are lean.

nice abs are pretty simple:

step 1: cut fat until you can see 'em
step 2: exercise them like any other muscle group

i like a weighted routine once a week and a body-weight only circuit routine once a week.

good luck

The more often you work your abs regularly you will need to do more reps to get them to respond. You may not see immediate results but keep up with the high reps, 30 reps is fine and don't give up.

The abs can be a stubborn muscle to grow just like the calves. Keep hitting them 2-3 times per week. Here is some info on training the upper abdominals, don't forget about the lower abs to. I do high reps with leg raises for my lower abs.
