    ankles

    Has anyones ankles grown over the years from hesvy squatting/deadlifting? I have skinny ass ankles which i can wrap my fingers around and theyre disgusting to look at. Just a bit curious if anyones seen noticable improvements in theirs.
    Squat: 154lbs 5x5
    Deadlift: 200lbs 1x5
    Bench: 143lbs 5x5
    Ohp: 88lbs 5x5

    Newbie in the making, on a forever bulk.

    There are no muscles around the ankle, it's quite normal that it's skinny if you don't do anything else then lifting weights. If you want thicker ankels, do something that puts stress on the ankle bone. (Such as soccer, kickboxning etc..) that Will break down the bone slightly and grow back stronger, just like muscles.

    no. frame size* is genetic

    *frame size = ankle & wrist size
