How to get back into the swing of things

I stopped a few weeks ago due to slight injury, then started again and pulled a back muscle, and stopped again. I have no urge to start again, and it really feels like a chore. I am really pissed at myself for letting it go, because before this I never missed a day for almost 7 months. What do you guys do to get back into the mood of working out?

Also, how fast do you lose definition and strength when you don't work out seriously for a month or two?
