Wink Can I continue to build muscle???

hi everyone, training is going REALLY well, but I need to know....
I am 5 foot 4 and 125 pounds, I am toned and size 10-ish, my body is responding well to my 5 day programme and im very happy so far. Is it possible to continue to gain muscle, by eating clean BUT stayin lean, (rather than gaining considerable weight) or* do you 'have to' gain weight to build muscle (then cut it away again)?????? THIS IS THE BIG QUESTION FOR ME???
*sorry if you've all heard this one b4 - but im new, lol THANX so much

You don't have to gain fat to gain muscle. In fact, I did a very successfull re-comp program during which time I lost quite a lot of fat, and gained about 8 lbs of muscle at the same time.

IMO it just takes longer to put on muscle without fat gain... but it can certainly be done.

good to hear!! It's just confusing when I keep reading about 'bulking' and 'cutting; etc and I thought.. OMG I dont want to keep going up and down like a yoyo!
If I eat clean and lift heavy with proper form, and rest properly, all should grow , yes?
